Curb Properties was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing high-quality serviced accommodation to cater to the growing tourism market in the area.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020, like many self-catering providers, we pivoted to accommodate key workers and guests who could no longer stay in hotels. Fortunately, as the world began to recover, the property market evolved once more.

In 2022, we proudly launched The Chase, our stunning large group house in the heart of Cheltenham, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 24 guests.

Building on that success, in 2025, we introduced our second large group house, Lower Shockerwick Lodge, located in Bath and designed to comfortably host 24 guests as well.

Alongside The Chase and Lower Shockerwick Lodge, our portfolio now includes serviced apartments and multiple professional house shares, positioning us as one of the largest property providers in the South West. Our growth reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional accommodation and meeting the diverse needs of our clientele in an ever-changing market.
